None of this was supposed to exist.
For ten years, something was growing inside me that nobody caught.
I caught it myself — stage 4 neuroendocrine cancer.
During that time, there were only three things I could eat:
turkey, rice, and the nut butter I started making in my kitchen.
I needed something sweet — but every dessert wrecked me.
So I made my own.
I didn’t build this as a business.
I built it because I had to.
While I was in surgery, the inventory we thought would last three months sold out overnight.
That first year, we grew over 2,000%.
Eight years later, I’m still in the kitchen —
