Mistress of Evil Cake Bars

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup Mistress of Evil Cashew Butter
  • 2/3 cup almond milk 

Frosting:

  • 1/4 cup whipped cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tbsp almond milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 
  2. Mix together dry ingredients. In a separate bowl stir together wet ingredients. Slowly stir the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. 
  3. Pour into 8x8 pan lined with parchment paper. 
  4. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Let cool. 
  5. Stir together frosting ingredients and spread over cake. Top with sprinkles.
