Cake Batter Cookie Dough Cookie Skillet


1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup gluten free oat flour
1/3 cup Cake Batter Cookie Dough Cashew Butter
1/4 cup coconut sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1 egg
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
1 Oreo cookie, crumbled
tsp rainbow sprinkles


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Stir together all ingredients, then stir in half of the cookie crumbs and sprinkles.
  3. Pour into small cast iron skillet lined with parchment paper. Top with remaining cookie crumbs and sprinkles.
  4. Cook for 14-16 minutes or until slightly brown and toothpick comes out with a little batter still sticking. Do not overcook!
