Salty Sea Witch Layered Fudge

Protein shakes are so last season, protein FUDGE is where it’s at! Try out this easy, high-protein fudge for your next post-workout snack.
Ingredients:
(almond butter layer)
- ½ cup salty Sea Witch Almond Butter
- 3 tbsp vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup
- *splash of milk if needed
(chocolate layer)
- 6 tbsp chocolate chips
- 5 tbsp chocolate protein powder
Directions:
- Line a small square or rectangle dish with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix together almond butter and protein powder. Mix in maple syrup and add milk if needed (It should be cookie dough-like consistency). Spread evenly across the bottom of the prepared dish.
- In a separate bowl, melt the chocolate chips. Mix in protein powder until completely dissolved. Spread evenly across the top of the almond butter.
- Freeze for 2 hours until chocolate has hardened.
- Top with flakey sea salt and cut into 16 mini squares and enjoy!
- Store extras in an airtight container in the freezer.
