Microwave Lava Cookie Cake
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Cookie Batter Dream Cake, 42g
- 1½ Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk (Room temperature), 22ml
- ½ tsp Melted Butter, 2g
- 1 Tbsp Brownie Toast Crunch Cashew Butter, 16g
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix Cookie Batter Dream Cake mix, almond milk and melted butter.
- Pour ½ batter into large greased mug. Add brownie toast crunch cashew butter. Pour remaining batter.
- Microwave 35 seconds.
- Loosen sides with mini spatula and invert onto a small plate.
