Small Batch Red Velvet Brownie

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup plain 0% greek yogurt
  • ¼ cup egg whites
  • ¼ cup milk-I used carbmaster fat-free
  • 2 tbsp Black Velvet Cashew Butter
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • Stevia sweet leaf sweet drops to taste or other liquid sweetener
  • 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey/casein blend protein powder
  • ¼ cup dutch-process cocoa powder
  • ⅛ tsp salt
  • 2 red velvet oreos

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a small oven safe dish.
  2. To a medium sized bowl, add yogurt, egg whites, milk, cashew butter, vanilla, and sweetener.
  3. Mix until smooth and combined.
  4. Mix in protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
  5. Open the Oreos and place on the bottom of the prepared dish.
  6. Pour the brownie batter over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on desired consistency. Enjoy!
