Small Batch Red Velvet Brownie
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup plain 0% greek yogurt
- ¼ cup egg whites
- ¼ cup milk-I used carbmaster fat-free
- 2 tbsp Black Velvet Cashew Butter
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Stevia sweet leaf sweet drops to taste or other liquid sweetener
- 1 scoop vanilla or chocolate whey/casein blend protein powder
- ¼ cup dutch-process cocoa powder
- ⅛ tsp salt
- 2 red velvet oreos
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a small oven safe dish.
- To a medium sized bowl, add yogurt, egg whites, milk, cashew butter, vanilla, and sweetener.
- Mix until smooth and combined.
- Mix in protein powder, cocoa powder, and salt.
- Open the Oreos and place on the bottom of the prepared dish.
- Pour the brownie batter over the top and bake for 20-25 minutes, depending on desired consistency. Enjoy!
