Pot of Gold Crack

Ingredients:

  • 17.5 saltine crackers
  • 7 tbsp ADNB pot of gold peanut butter
  • 6 tbsp chocolate chips
  • ½ tsp coconut oil
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • ¼-½ cup milk (I used almond milk)
  • flakey sea salt

Directions:

  1. Line a tray with parchment or wax paper. Lay out crackers and spread an even layer of peanut butter on top.
  2. Add a little bit of water to a small pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Place a slightly larger bowl in the pot and add chocolate chips and coconut oil, stirring frequently.
  4. Slowly mix in protein powder (it might become clumpy but trust the process).
  5. Slowly pour in milk and stir until it becomes smooth and creamy.  Spread chocolate in an even layer over the peanut butter and sprinkle flakey sea salt on top.  Place in the fridge for a couple of hours until chocolate has set.
  6. Cut into 12 pieces and enjoy!

  • YUM! My sister in law made a “Christmas crack” this last holiday which was delicious! What a great idea to use some nut butter with it.
