Chocolate Caramel Protein Lava Cake
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup Caramel Flavor Protein Powder (Plant Based), 22g
- 1½ Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 7g
- 1½ Tbsp Whole Wheat Pastry Flour, 11g
- ¼ tsp Baking Powder
- 1 Tbsp Salty Sea Witch Almond Butter, 14g
- ¼ cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 60ml
- 1 Egg White, 31g
- Optional: Cocoa Powder and Caramel Syrup
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk flour, caramel flavor protein powder, cocoa powder and baking powder.
- Add almond milk, egg white, Salty Sea Witch Almond Butter, and stir until combined. Batter should be smooth. Taste batter and add sweetener if needed.
- Pour batter into a large greased mug.
- Microwave on high for 1 min. Center of top will be soft and slightly runny.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes, loosen sides with a mini spatula and invert onto plate. Sprinkle on cocoa powder, drizzle some caramel syrup and enjoy!
