Protein Cinnamon Bun Bites


  • 1 cup Cinfully Delicious Dream Cake, 168g
  • ¼ cup Almond Milk
  • ¼ cup Non-fat Plain Greek Yogurt, 56g
  • 1 Egg
  • 1½ Tbsp Maple Syrup, 22ml Sugar-free Recommended


  • 1 Tbsp Vanilla Protein Powder, 6g
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 15ml


  • Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 24-cavity mini bundt pan with oil spray.
  • Whisk together Milk, Yogurt, Maple Syrup and Egg in a bowl.
  • Add Cinfully Delicious Dream Cake and whisk.
  • Pour 1 Tbsp mix each into mini bundt pan cavities.
  • Bake for 8 minutes.

Let cool slightly and remove from pan.


  • Whisk milk and protein powder in a bowl.
  • Drizzle over mini bundts.
