Peppermint Protein Bark

This easy but delicious Protein Peppermint Bark will be the star of your next Holiday gathering!


Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tbsp Candy Cane Kisses peanut butter
  • 3 drops peppermint extract
  • ½ scoop chocolate or mint protein powder
  • Candy cane pieces

Directions:

  1. Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30s intervals until melted
  2. Stir in peanut butter, peppermint extract, and protein powder
  3. Spread mixture over parchment paper in a thin layer and sprinkle candy cane pieces over the top
  4. Freeze for at least 15 mins

Break off a piece and enjoy!
