Peppermint Protein Bark
This easy but delicious Protein Peppermint Bark will be the star of your next Holiday gathering!
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp Candy Cane Kisses peanut butter
- 3 drops peppermint extract
- ½ scoop chocolate or mint protein powder
- Candy cane pieces
- Microwave chocolate chips and coconut oil in 30s intervals until melted
- Stir in peanut butter, peppermint extract, and protein powder
- Spread mixture over parchment paper in a thin layer and sprinkle candy cane pieces over the top
- Freeze for at least 15 mins
Break off a piece and enjoy!
