Easter Basket Blondie Protein Oat Bars
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Easter Basket Blondie PB
- ½ cup Honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 2 cups oats
- 2 scoops protein powder (any flavor)
Chocolate topping:
- 1 cup white or milk chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp more PB
- 1 tbsp more coconut oil
Instructions:
- Melt PB, honey, and coconut oil and stir.
- Add oats and protein powder to a large bowl and pour PB & honey mixture in and combine until thick. Press mixture into a greased or parchment lined pan.
- In a separate bowl, melt chocolate, PB, and coconut oil and stir. Pour chocolate mixture on top of oats mixture.
- Chill until solid. Enjoy!
