Easter Basket Blondie Protein Oat Bars

Ingredients:

Chocolate topping:

  • 1 cup white or milk chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp more PB
  • 1 tbsp more coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Melt PB, honey, and coconut oil and stir.
  2. Add oats and protein powder to a large bowl and pour PB & honey mixture in and combine until thick. Press mixture into a greased or parchment lined pan.
  3. In a separate bowl, melt chocolate, PB, and coconut oil and stir. Pour chocolate mixture on top of oats mixture.
  4. Chill until solid. Enjoy!
