Banana Bread Protein Blondies

On a baking kick and want a simple recipe to make?

This blondie recipe is inspired by warm, banana bread all while being high in protein. Simple to make and perfect for when you're ready to use those last few bananas and need a sweet treat to keep around the house. Oh, and did we mention that this recipe requires NO baking? That's right! 

Servings: 8-10 blondies

Prep Time: 10 min

Passive Time: 1 hour

 

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Ripened & Mashed Banana

1/2 cup Gluten Free Flour

35 grams Vanilla Protein Powder

1/4 cup Going Bananas Cashew Butter*

1/4 cup Honey 

1/4 cup Chopped Walnuts

1/4 cup Chocolate Chips

 

Directions

1. Slightly spray a loaf pan. 

2. In a medium bowl mix together the mashed banana, protein powder and flour.

3. Add in cashew butter and honey. 

4. Once combined mix in walnuts and chocolate.

5. Pour the dough into the pan and refrigerate for at least one 1 hour.
