Vegan Cookie Batter Cake (For Two!)

Looking for a deliciously fudgy dessert for two? We've got you! Try this irresistible VEGAN cookie batter cake!

Cake Ingredients:

1/4 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/3 cup vanilla almond milk
2 tbsp Cookie Batter Almond Butter
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Topping Ingredients:
1/2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

Instructions:

1. 
Mix together all ingredients until smooth.
2. Pour into two small ramekins sprayed with parchment paper.
3. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
4. Mix together maple syrup and cocoa powder and spreadover cakes. Top with sprinkles and enjoy!
