3 Crushed Rice Cakes
1/2 cup Cookie Butter Crush Cashew Butter
1/4 cup Maple Syrup
1/3 cup White Chocolate Chips
1. Combine all ingredients together and throughly mix until rice cake pieces are well moistened.
2. Shape and pack into about six cookie balls.
3. Drizzle over with extra melted white chocolate if desired.
4. Chill until set!
