This is true almond flavor, of course!! I use it when I bake certain things. It ads a richness and moisture. It is great to use instead of peanut butter once in a while as well. I am sure I am not the only one who has gotten a spoon out and dug it into the jar, you know, just for a big mouthful..... :-)
