White Chocolate Covered Peanut Butter Eggs

These white chocolate mini eggs are a perfect snack for your Easter gathering!

Ingredients

1/2 cup white chocolate chips
1 tbsp coconut oil
1/4 cup Rainbow Dream Bar Peanut Butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tbsp protein powder

Instructions 

  1. Melt white chocolate and coconut oil in bowl. Line easter egg molds with melted chocolate and place in fridge to harden while you make the filling.
  2. Combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and protein powder. Form into little eggs.
  3. Place peanut butter eggs in the molds and cover with remaining white chocolate.
  4. Let harden in fridge before popping them out of the molds and serving!

 *if you don’t have molds you can form the peanut butter in egg shapes and dip in white chocolate

 Makes 8 easter eggs
