Strawberry Poptart Baked Oats


1 cup Rolled Oats
1 serving Protein Powder
1 tsp Baking Powder
1 Egg
2 tbsp Maple Syrup or Honey
1/2 cup Milk
2 tbsp Strawberry Frosted Donut Cashew Butter

Strawberry Jam Filling
1/3 cup Frozen Strawberries 
1 tsp Chia Seeds
1 tbsp Water

Strawberry Frosting 
1/4 cup Greek Yogurt
2 tbsp Strawberry Frosted Donut Cashew Butter
1 tbsp Milk

1. In a blender, start with blending the rolled oats until they become oat flour. Then, all all other ingredients for the oats in and blend until well combined. 
2. In a small, microwave safe bowl, microwave in 15 second increments the strawberry jam filling ingredients until it becomes a jam-like texture. 
3. Pour half the oat mixture in a greased, oven safe dish.
4. Add the strawberry jam in the middle, followed by adding the remaining oat mixture on top, completely covering the strawberry jam. 
5, Bake at 325 for 20-25 minutes.
6. While waiting, mix together ingredients to create frosting. Remove oats from oven, let cool for a couple minutes. Top with frosting and some fun sprinkles!
