Easy Peasy Peanut Butter Granola
With just the right amount of creamy peanut butter taste and sweetened to your preferred taste, this super easy peanut butter granola will have you ditching store-bought brands for good! 3-Step Peanut Butter Granola
Yields 3 cups
- 2 cup quick rolled oats
- 1/2 cup raw cashews
- 1/2 cup coconut flakes
- 1/2 cup American Dream Just Plain Nutty Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup agave syrup or other sweetener of choice
- Chop your cashews. Place oats, cashews, coconut, peanut butter, and agave into a large bowl. Mix well.
- Pour onto a lined cookie sheet and bake for 12 minutes at 325 F.
Yup, it's that EASY! Great to top smoothies, yogurt, pancakes, oatmeal, ice cream or even just enjoy by the handful.
