Pumpkin Mug Cake

PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE MUG CAKE

Grab your ADNB campfire mug and seasonal PSL Almond Butter to get this warm mug cake going in only MINUTES!

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Pumpkin
1 Egg
2 tbsp Pumpkin Spice Latte Almond Butter
1 tbsp Maple Syrup
1/4 cup Oat Flour
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
Pinch of salt

Directions:
Grab your mug and add all ingredients into mug & whisk until we’ll combined. Microwave for one minute (depending on your microwave you may need to add another 15-30 seconds). Let cool for a minute, flip mug onto plate & top with a heft drizzle of our Pumpkin Spice Latte Almond Butter
