Pumpkin Almond Butter Protein Balls


  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup pumpkin cheesecake almond butter
  • ⅓ cup canned pumpkin
  • 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon


  1. Add all ingredients to a medium-large sized bowl and combine.
  2. Line a tray with parchment paper.
  3. Use a 1” cookie scoop to form 14 balls, placing them on the prepared tray.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let set, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.

Per 1 ball:

  • 85 calories
  • 6.5g carbs
  • 3.8g fat
  • 6.2g protein
