Pumpkin Almond Butter Protein Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup oatmeal
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- ½ cup pumpkin cheesecake almond butter
- ⅓ cup canned pumpkin
- 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Directions:
- Add all ingredients to a medium-large sized bowl and combine.
- Line a tray with parchment paper.
- Use a 1” cookie scoop to form 14 balls, placing them on the prepared tray.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to let set, and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
Per 1 ball:
- 85 calories
- 6.5g carbs
- 3.8g fat
- 6.2g protein
