Protein Granola Cookies
Time-crunched but craving a sweet treat? Try out these quick and easy protein granola cookies!
- 4 cup Chipwrecked Peanut Butter
- 2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1/2 scoop protein powder
- 1 1/3 cup granola of choice
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix together peanut butter, maple syrup, and egg.
3.Slowly add in protein powder and granola.
4.Drop spoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheet.
5.Bake for 8-10 minutes or until slightly golden brown.
6.Break into smaller pieces or leave as is.
Makes ~30 mini cookies.
