

Peanut Butter Brownie Baked Oats
This flavor is moving to the vault but you have one last chance to snag some jars. These breakfast oats are a staple you won’t want to live without.
Peanut Butter Brownie Baked Oats
Oats:
- 1/3 cup gluten free oat flour
- 2 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 1 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter Brownie Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1/2 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
Topping:
- 1/2 tbsp Peanut Butter Brownie Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp mini chocolate chips
- 1/2 tsp coconut oil
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2.Mix together all ingredients except topping.
3.Pour into ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray.
4.Bake for 15-18 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Bake for more time ifyou like more cake-like texture or less time for more brownie like texture.
5.Microwave topping ingredients for 15 seconds until melted and stir smooth. Drizzle overtop.
