No-Bake Chocolate Mocha Bars

Enjoy these No-Bake Chocolate Mocha Bars!!



  • 1/4 cup Mistress of Evil Cashew Butter
  • 1 scoop Mocha Java Chip protein (or chocolate)
  • 1/2 cup oat flour, or finely ground
  • 2 Tb Truvia brown sugar
  • 1 Tb cocoa powder
  • 1/8 tsp instant coffee
  • 2 Tb maple syrup (*optional but may need to add a touch more almond milk if you omit. Sugar free syrup doesn't taste as good in these)
  • 2 Tb unsweetened almond milk
  • pinch salt

Chocolate Coating:

  • Lilys salted caramel choc chips
  • Milk chocolate chips
  • coconut oil
  • almonds
  • Pink Himalayan Sea Salt

Add oats, protein, cocoa, coffee, brown sugar, and salt to the bowl and stir. Add the nut butter, almond milk and maple syrup to the dry ingredients and stir until the mixture can hold together.

Press into a parchment-lined glass dish (mine was like a 3x5). Melt chocolate and coconut oil together in 20-second increments. Stir in a few almonds. Pour over the bars. Top with flaky sea salt. Put in the freezer to set. Cut into 4 larger pieces or 8 smaller squares. Enjoy!
