No Bake Candy Cane Brownies
You had us at no bake…
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup Candy Cane Kisses Peanut Butter
- 1/3 cup cashew milk
- 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
- 1/3 cup gluten free oat flour
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1 scoop protein powder
Frosting:
- 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
- 1 scoop protein powder
- 2 tbsp milk
Directions:
- Combine peanut butter, cashew milk, and maple syrup. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder.
- Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into pan, pressing down evenly. Freeze for 10 min.
- Combine frosting ingredients and spread over brownies. Top with sprinkles.
- Refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing into pieces.
