No Bake Candy Cane Brownies

You had us at no bake… 


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup Candy Cane Kisses Peanut Butter
  • 1/3 cup cashew milk
  • 3 tbsp pure maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup gluten free oat flour
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 scoop protein powder

Frosting: 

  • 1/4 cup vanilla greek yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 2 tbsp milk

Directions:

  • Combine peanut butter, cashew milk, and maple syrup. Add oat flour, cocoa powder, and protein powder. 
  • Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour batter into pan, pressing down evenly. Freeze for 10 min. 
  • Combine frosting ingredients and spread over brownies. Top with sprinkles. 
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing into pieces.
