Mint Chocolate Brownies


  • ½ cup Brownie Batter Dream Cake, 84g
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder, 10g
  • Stevia Sweetener-worth 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp Sugar (use your conversion chart)
  • ¼ cup Mint Chocolate Dream Almond Butter, 56g
  • ¼ cup Yogurt, 56g
  • 2 Tbsp Unsweetened Almond Milk, 30g
  • ¾ tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Melted Butter 
  • (optional) 1 Andes Mint Chocolate


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F, grease a 8x4” loaf pan.
  2. In a small bowl-whisk Brownie Batter Dream Cake, cocoa powder, stevia.
  3. In a large bowl-whisk Mint Chocolate Dream Almond Butter yogurt, milk and vanilla extract.
  4. Add dry mix to wet; Whisk to just combine.
  5. Add melted butter and fold (until just combined).
  6. Add most chopped chocolate; Fold.
  7. Pour into the prepared pan. Top with remaining chocolate.
  8. Bake 14 minutes; Tester inserted into middle should come out slightly wet. Brownies will continue to cook as they cool.
  9. Cool in pan 10 minutes, remove and cool on cooling rack
