Mini Protein Twix Banana Bread
Ingredients:
- 2 bananas, mashed
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 1/4 cup Breanne’s A Twixted Treat Peanut Butter
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 2/3 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
- 1 tsp baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Stir together wet ingredients, then add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Divide between two mini loaf pans lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 22-26 min or until toothpick comes out clean.

I am going to try this with sugar substitute instead of the coconut sugar! I am diabetic and am curious how this would turn out. Looks delicious, and love that flavor of butter, it’s my favorite!
