Layered Banana Bark



  1. Arrange sliced bananas on plate lined with parchment or wax paper.
  2. Top with another sheet of parchment paper and use a glass to press down on the bananas to make an even layer.
  3. Remove parchment paper and spread peanut butter over bananas.
  4. Melt chocolate chips with coconut oil and pour over peanut butter. Spread evenly with a spoon and top with sea salt.
  5. Freeze for 1-2 hours before cutting into pieces.
