Giant Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients:
1 tbsp Naughty or Nice Cashew Butter
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 tsp coconut oil, softened
½ egg (beat egg in bowl and use half)
1/4 cup gluten free 1:1 flour
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp chocolate chips

 

Instructions:
1. Mix together cashew butter, coconut sugar, coconut oil, and egg.
2. Add flour and baking powder and mix until dough forms.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until very slightly golden brown. Slightly underbake for a gooey cookie!

And that's the way the cookie crumbles!
