Get Lucky Scones
Try out these delicious and easy scones for the perfect pairing to your morning coffee.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
- 1 scoop cake pop protein powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup Get Lucky Almond Butter
- 1 egg
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- 1/3 cup lucky charms marshmallows
Glaze:
- 1 tbsp Get Lucky Almond Butter
- 2 tbsp cake pop protein powder
- 2-3 tbsp almond milk
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees
- Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the almond butter and mix. Add the milk and egg use your hands to mix and roll into a ball with marshmallows. Flatten dough to 2 inches high and cut into 8 triangles.
- Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with egg or milk.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool.
- Stir together glaze ingredients and spread over scones.
