Get Lucky Scones

Try out these delicious and easy scones for the perfect pairing to your morning coffee. 

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups gluten free flour
  • 1 scoop cake pop protein powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup Get Lucky Almond Butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/3 cup lucky charms marshmallows

Glaze:


  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Combine the dry ingredients in a large bowl. Add the almond butter and mix. Add the milk and egg use your hands to mix and roll into a ball with marshmallows. Flatten dough to 2 inches high and cut into 8 triangles.
  3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Brush with egg or milk.
  4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until slightly golden brown. Let cool.
  5. Stir together glaze ingredients and spread over scones.

Makes 8 scones
