Frosted Maple Pastry Protein Blondies  

 

Ingredients: 

  • 1/3 cup Frosted Maple Pastry Pop Cashew Butter  
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil 
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt 
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened almond milk 
  • 2 eggs 
  • 1 cup gluten free 1:1 flour 
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder  
  • 1 tsp baking powder 

Frosting:  

  • 1/2 cup vanilla greek yogurt  
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  
  2. Line a 8x8 pan with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.  
  3. Whisk together wet ingredients until smooth.  
  4. Slowly stir in dry ingredients until full incorporated. Pour into baking dish.  
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely.  
  6. Mix frosting ingredients and spread over blondies before cutting into pieces.  

Makes 16 blondies.

  • This sounds incredible !! I can’t wait to make this for my son and I when he comes home for the holidays ! He’s going to love this he is always working out at the gym and this is a perfect high protein snack for him .
