Dunk A Spoon Cookie Protein Smoothie

Imagine adding your ADNB indulgent cookie to your protein smoothie! Oh this you have to try!

Dunk A Spoon Cookie Protein Smoothie


  • 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 240ml
  • 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower, 100g
  • 1½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 45g
  • 2 Tbsp Almond Butter Powder, 12g (or PB Powder)
  • ½ Dunk a Spoon Indulgent Cookie, Chopped


  • Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender - milk, frozen cauliflower, protein powder, almond butter powder. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds.
  • Add chopped cookie; Blend another 10-15 minutes.
  • Transfer to 2 glasses, top with more crushed cookie crumbs.
