Dunk A Spoon Cookie Protein Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, 240ml
- 1 cup Frozen Cauliflower, 100g
- 1½ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 45g
- 2 Tbsp Almond Butter Powder, 12g (or PB Powder)
- ½ Dunk a Spoon Indulgent Cookie, Chopped
Instructions
- Combine smoothie ingredients in a blender - milk, frozen cauliflower, protein powder, almond butter powder. Blend on high for about 30-45 seconds.
- Add chopped cookie; Blend another 10-15 minutes.
- Transfer to 2 glasses, top with more crushed cookie crumbs.
