Cinnamon Roll Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick oats
  • 1 cup FrankenButter Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar substitute
  • 1 scoop cinnamon protein powder
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • pinch of sea salt

White Chocolate Swirl Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup Lily's white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 tsp coconut oil

Directions:

Combine all ingredients for the protein balls until a dough forms. Roll into balls and set aside. Melt the white chocolate with the coconut oil for 30s. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate into a Ziploc bag. Snip off a tiny part of the corner. Make swirls on top of the protein balls. Put in the fridge to set. Enjoy!
