Chunky Monkey Baked Oats

These baked oats are the ultimate feel-good breakfast for when you’re craving something sweet but need to hit your protein goals

 

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup gluten free quick oats
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbsp vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp Just Plain Nutty Cashew Butter
  • 1/3 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp chopped walnuts
  • 1 tbsp chocolate chips or chopped chocolate

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Blend all ingredients except walnuts and chocolate until smooth.
  3. Pour into a ramekin sprayed with nonstick spray. Top with walnuts and chocolate.
  4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
