Butter My Cookie Muffins


Prep these muffins for a quick breakfast or snack you can feel good about!


Butter My Cookie Muffins


  • 1 cup gluten free quick oats
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein power
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp Butter My Cookie Almond Butter
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbsp white chocolate chips

 Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients except white chocolate chips in blender.
  2. Pour into muffin tins lined with muffin cups and sprayed with nonstick spray (or silicone muffin cups). Top with white chocolate chips.
  3. Bake for 12-16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.


Yields 8 muffins.
