Blueberry Cheesecake Bread



  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2/3 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/3 cup Blueberry Cheesecake Almond Butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • 2/3 cup blueberries


  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp almond milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla


  • 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers



  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Mix together dry ingredients in bowl. Stir together coconut sugar, almond butter, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients, slowly adding milk. Stir in blueberries. Let rest for 10 minutes before pouring half into parchment paper lined loaf pan.
  4. Stir together cheesecake layer and pour over batter. Pour in remaining batter on top and top with graham cracker crumbs.
  5. Bake for 5 minutes, then reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for 45-55 more minutes.
  6. Let cool completely before removing from pan.
