  • 3/4 cup instant oats 
  • 2 tbsp flax seeds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut 
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt 
  • 1/2 cup Blueberry Brunch cashew butter 
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup dried blueberries
  • 1/4 chopped pecans


  1. Line a large baking tin with parchment paper 
  2. Mix together all of the dry ingredients except for the blueberries and pecans 
  3. In another bowl, stir together the cashew butter, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth
  4. Mix the dry and wet ingredients together well
  5. Add the dried blueberries and pecans 
  6. Pour the mixture into the baking tin and use the bottom of a glass to flatten it 
  7. Allow the bars to set in the fridge for a minimum of one hour 

To jazz it up even further, drizzle some melted white chocolate over the top and return to the fridge for a few minutes before serving. 

2. No-Bake Cashew Energy Balls

  • 1/4 cup Just Plain Nutty cashew butter 
  • 1/3 cup almond flour 
  • 1/3 shredded coconut

  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1/2 cup chopped dried berries of your choice (cherries and cranberries work great)


  1. Combine everything together, except the dried berries, in a bowl until smooth and thoroughly mixed. 
  2. Fold in dried cherries until evenly distributed
  3. Scoop a tablespoon serving size of the dough and roll between your palms into a ball
  4. Continue making balls until the dough is finished 

You can eat these little treats immediately or store them in the fridge for up to a week. You can also freeze them for up to a month!

3. Creamy Cashew Fudge

  • 1 1/2 cups I Dream of Cookies & Cream cashew butter 
  • 1 cup coconut oil 
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder


  1. Combine cashew butter, coconut oil, maple syrup, and sea salt in a saucepan over very low heat. Whisk continuously to get a creamy mixture
  2. Take the mixture off the heat and allow it to cool before whisking in the cacao
  3. Line an 8x8" pan with parchment paper and pour the fudge mixture into the pan
  4. Put the fudge in the freezer for at least three hours
  5. When the mixture has set, cut it into squares with a hot knife 

These fudge squares keep in the freezer for up to two months, so you'll always have a cashew butter snack on hand! 

4. Vegan and Flourless Cashew Butter Cookies

  • 1 cup smooth cashew butter

  1. Preheat the oven to 350F and line a large baking tray with parchment paper
  2. Combine all of the ingredients except for the chocolate chips and mix it well. Add more chia seeds if the dough is too thin
  3. Fold in the chocolate chips 
  4. Scoop small balls of dough onto the tray and press them down into a cookie shape
  5. Bake for 10 - 12 minutes

5. Sea Salt and Cashew Protein Bars

  1. Combine cashew butter, coconut oil, honey, and vanilla in a saucepan over very low heat and mix until creamy

  4. Pour mixture into an 8x4' pan lined with parchment paper

You can substitute palm syrup for the honey to keep these bars vegan! This recipe also works wonders with peanut butter or almond butter too.
