PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE

Make it high-protein, packed with all good things!

Ingredients:

1 Frozen Banana
2 DatesĀ 
2 Tbsp Pumpkin
1 Heaping Spoonful Pumpkin Cheesecake Almond ButterĀ 
1 tbspĀ Temp SeedsĀ 
2Ā tbsp yogurtĀ 
1 Serving CollagenĀ 
Dash of Pumpkin Pie SpiceĀ 
Handful of IceĀ 
1/3 cup MilkĀ 

Directions:
1.Ā  Put all ingredients into a blender & blend until smooth.

2.Ā  Spread some yogurt inside your favorite glass & pour in the smoothie!

3.Ā  Top with pumpkin pie spice and freshly chopped pecans
