Pumpkin Pie Smoothie
PUMPKIN PIE SMOOTHIE ๐ but make it high-protein, packed with all good things!
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana
2 dates
2 tablespoons pumpkin
1 heaping spoonful Pumpkin Cheesecake Almond Butter
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
2 tablespoons yogurt
1 serving collagen
Dash of pumpkin pie spice
Handful of ice
1/3 cup milk
Directions:
Put all ingredients into blender & blend until smooth. Spread some yogurt inside your favorite glass & pour in the smoothie! Top with pumpkin pie spice and freshly chopped pecans ๐
