Pumpkin Cheesecake Cups
PUMPKIN CHEESECAKE CASHEW BUTTER CUPS made with the new tried and true #limitededition Pumpkin Cheesecake Cashew Butter!
Pumpkin treats just never go out of style, especially when they're easy to make! With a thick crust and creamy pumpkin filling, these seasonal cups are calling your name this week!
Crust Ingredients:
1/2 cup oat flour
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/3 cup Pumpkin Cheesecake Cashew Butter
Pumpkin Filling Ingredients:
1 cup yogurt
60g vanilla protein powder
1/3 cup pure pumpkin
Directions:
1. Whisk together crust ingredients and pack into a lightly sprayed muffin tin.
2. Swirl all filling ingredients without heavily mixing.
3. Pour filing mixture on top of crust.
4. Top with pumpkin seeds and crushed pecans. Freeze until chilled.
