This pizookie is thick, gooey and like a warm chocolate chip cookie right out of the oven. The texture is almost blondie like if you undercook it a bit!
1/4 cup (56g) Trick or Treat Cookie Bar Almond Butter
1/3 cup (80g) unsweetened applesauce
1 tbsp (14g) butter, melted
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3 tbsp (24g) coconut sugar
3/4 cup (105g) gluten free 1:1 flour
1 scoop (8g) collagen
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp (7g) semi sweet chocolate chips
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 6 inch cast iron skillet with parchment paper and spray with nonstick spray.
2. Mix together wet ingredients. Mix together dry ingredients in separate bowl (except chocolate chips), then stir dry into wet ingredients.
3. Transfer batter to skillet and top with chocolate chips and sprinkles.
5. Bake for 20-25 min or until toothpick comes out mostly clean.
