Nothing goes better together than mint and chocolate. Now you can enjoy this fan-favorite treat as cookie dough!
6 Tbsp Oat Flour, 34g, see post for sub
¼ cup Vanilla Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 22g
¼ cup Unflavored Protein Powder, Whey-Casein, 22g
2 Tbsp Coconut Flour, 14g
1 Tbsp Sham Rockin' Cashew Butter, 16g
⅛ tsp Peppermint Extract
6 Tbsp Almond Milk, 90ml
2 Andes Mint Chocolates, Chopped
½ Tbsp Chocolate Chips, Sugar free recommended, 7g
1. In a bowl mix dry ingredients - oat flour, vanilla protein powder, unflavored protein powder and coconut flour.
2. Add in cashew butter, peppermint extract and almond milk - a little at a time - and mix.
3. Use more or less depending on how runny you want it.
4. Add chopped mint chocolate and chocolate chips and mix.
