A sweet protein shake for an after workout treat is just what you need on a hot summer day!
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 banana, frozen into chunks
-1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
-1 Tbsp Honey Bee Peanut Butter
-1 scoop vanilla collagen or vanilla protein (optional)
-Honey Nut Cheerios
