A sweet protein shake for an after workout treat is just what you need on a hot summer day!Â
INGREDIENTS
-1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk
-1 banana, frozen into chunks
-1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
-1 Tbsp Honey Bee Peanut Butter
-1 scoop vanilla collagen or vanilla protein (optional)
TOPPINGS
-Whipped topping
-Honey Nut Cheerios
-Granola
Instructions
[Blend all of the milkshake ingredients together until you get a creamy consistency. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream, cereal, and granola!]
