Gingerdoodle Protein Bites

Whip these up for an easy to grab on the go holiday treat that won’t bust your health goals. 

Ingredients
1/4 cup ADNB Gingerdoodle Almond Butter
1/4 cup sugar Free maple syrup (or other sticky sweetener)
1 scoop PEscience cake pop or snickerdoodle (Protein powder)
1/2 cup cinnamon toast Catalina crunch
1/2 cup Lily’s white chocolate chips
1T coconut oil

Instructions
1.  Blend almond butter, syrup, and protein powder in a processor.
2.  Add Catalina crunch and pulse until combined.
3.  Scoop into balls
4.  Let set in refrigerator for 20 mins

Sugar free white chocolate coating
1.  Melt white choc chips with coconut oil
2.  Dip each protein bite in the melted white chocolate and top with festive holiday sprinkles.

Let harden then ENJOY! Store in fridge Makes ~14 bites
