Disappointed

The advertisement shows “loads” of good stuff on top. I ordered 3 jars and none of them had anything on top. It was a very runny, thin consistency. After stirring thoroughly, still none of the good stuff surfaced. I messaged your company and the reply I got was stir it well and sometimes things melt during transit. The flavor is decent, but I literally paid $15 per jar for some just ok nut butter. It was completely disappointing and I won’t buy from this company again and I would encourage others to not waste their money.
