- 1 cup instant oats
- 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 large egg white
- 1/4 cup Just Plain Nutty almond butter
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 tbs chocolate chips (optional)
- Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl
- Mix the egg white and vanilla in a separate bowl and mix in the almond butter until smooth. Then stir in the maple syrup
- Add the dry ingredients, stirring until incorporated
- Fold in chocolate chips if you're using them
- Drop the cookie dough into scoops onto a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Flatten each scoop to the preferred thickness
- Bake at 375° for 11 to 13 minutes
Wait for the cookies to cool before diving into the deliciousness.

- 4 - 5 bananas

- 2 tbsp cocoa powder

- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Add to food processor or blender and blitz all of the ingredients until very smooth. You're aiming for a puree consistency
- Pour the blended mixture into your popsicle mold and freeze until solid (at least 6 hours)
- Store in a sealed container
