Easy Healthy Banana Bread 🍌 •Mash 3 VERY ripe bananas (very ripe is key to get it nice and sweet). •Mix in 2 eggs, 1/2 cup coconut sugar, 1/4 cup maple syrup, 2 tablespoons of your favorite nut butter ( @anniekayfitness used French toast almond butter for this one) and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. • Mix well. •Add in 1/2 cup all purpose flour, 1/2 cup almond flour, 2 heaping scoops vanilla protein powder, cinnamon + salt to taste and 1 teaspoon baking soda. Mix well. Bake for 30 minutes at 365°F then turn heat down to 300°F and bake for 20-30 more minutes. If edges start to brown, cover with foil when you knock the heat down.
