1. Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie

This is a quick and tasty way to get in some nutrients after a workout or as a quick on-the-go breakfast. This smoothie is packed with goodness and tastes incredible!

What You Need:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • 1/2 pint of milk (this recipe works great with plant milk like coconut milk)
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao
  • 1 teaspoon of honey

Method:

Throw everything in the blender, and wow, you're done!

If you prefer a thicker more ice cream consistency for your smoothies, then try using frozen bananas. Want an extra boost in the morning? Add in a shot of coffee. It's so delicious; you'll be going bananas for it!

2. Peanut Butter Pancakes

Who doesn't love pancakes on the weekend? But they take time to make, right? Time-consuming breakfasts are not the one.

Try these two-ingredient pancakes, and you'll be laughing all the way to the breakfast table!

What You Need:

  • 10.5 oz self-raising flour
  • 0.8 pints milk (oat milk works best, but you can use any milk)
  • Toppings like fruit, syrup, and peanut butter

Method:

  • Mix the flour and milk, leave to rest for 5 minutes while you heat the pan.
  • Heat the pan with some butter or coconut oil. Once it's hot, spoon in the mixture one spoon at a time.
  • Once bubbles start to appear on the pancake, it's time to flip!
  • Place the pancakes on a plate and serve with berries, maple syrup, and of course, your favorite peanut butter! Breanne's Blend Cookie Batter Peanut Butter works like a dream on pancakes.

3. Peanut Butter Oatmeal

What's better than one superfood for breakfast? Two, of course! Oatmeal is a superfood and is a powerhouse of nutrients and antioxidants. Did you know that a daily serving of oatmeal can help reduce cholesterol?

Add oatmeal to the benefits of peanut butter, and you have one healthy breakfast.

What You Need:

  • 1 cup of oatmeal
  • 2 cups of milk
  • Nuts
  • Fruit like banana or raspberries
  • Honey
  • Peanut butter
  • Mixed Seeds
  • 1 teaspoon of cacao

Method:

Throw the oatmeal, milk, and fruit in the pan and wait until the oatmeal starts to get thick. If you want to spice things up a little more and make your oatmeal chocolaty, add a teaspoon of cacao.

Once the oatmeal is cooked through, put it in a bowl and add your toppings. Cinnamon also works as a great topping here too.

White Chocolate Pretzel Peanut Butter works excellent with this recipe. It is from one of the best peanut butter brands, after all!

4. Peanut Butter Dipping Sauce

We've given you three sweet recipes; it's time for a savory one! This dipping sauce is excellent on salads, with noodles, rice dishes, or to use inside summer rolls. It works on everything and is really easy to throw together.

What You Need:

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 a chili (more if you love spicy!)
  • 1 small cube of ginger
  • 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoonsof peanut butter

Method:

Chop the ginger finely or grate it. Crush the garlic and finely chop the chili. Put them all in a bowl with soy sauce and sesame oil. Add the peanut butter (this recipe works best with Just Plain Nutty Peanut Butter) and mix until you have a smooth, creamy sauce.

And it's that easy! If you want an even more luxurious version of this sauce, you can put it in a pan and heat it with some coconut cream. This makes it thick and super creamy.

5. Chocolate and Peanut Butter Energy Balls

Ok, so we had to leave you on a sweet note! Let's make some energy balls. A sweet treat you can take anywhere; they are fun and easy to put together.
